Working on National Holidays: How Should Companies Compensate Employees?

Dear All,

If an employee works on a national holiday, the company will provide them with Compensatory-Off (C-Off) plus overtime, or double overtime only. Please provide your response.

Working on a National Holiday attracts additional payment only, and it should be reported on Form I as per the provision. There are no matters of Compensatory Off.
