How Should I Announce New ID Requirements to Employees Effectively?

I need help with a memo to all employees. Effective July 1, 2016, old IDs and expired temporary IDs will not be considered as entry passes with the company.

I want to inform all employees that old IDs and expired temporary IDs will not be considered as entry passes. Once you discontinue them, what is the next alternative for the employees to enter?

If you are providing biometric finger punching/face reader, you need to mention that also for the information and compliance by all employees.

All employees must secure a new ID on or before the end of June 2016 to avoid delays when entering the company.
