Memo-new ID

Hi all!Need help for memo to all employees, effective July 1, 2016 old ID's and expired temporary ID will not be considered as entry pass with company.

Kindly put up a draft memo with relevant details,members will help amend,add and fine-tuning the memo.

U want to inform all employees that Old IDs & expired Temp.IDs will not be considered as Entry Pass. Once U discontinue them, what is the next alternative for the employees to enter.?
If U R providing Biometric Finger punching/face reader; U need to mention that also for the infn. & compliance by all employees.

All employees must secure new ID on or before end of June 2016. To avoid holding for entering with company.

The Management observed with the delay of submission of DTR/Timesheet that conflict with our payroll processing.
With this, we advise all employee’s in every department to submit DTR (3) days after cut-off. Failure to adhere with this policy will result for the delay of salary and proper sanctions.
We are expecting your full cooperation for improvement with our services.
