A firm has less then 10 employee but
This firm want to get registered in ESI, plz
Suggest weather this firm can get ESI
registration inspite having employee less then
10

No, the firm cannot be covered under ESI Act voluntarily unless it has 10 or more employees.
Under PF, voluntary coverage is allowed but not under the ESI Act.
