How Can We Legally Obtain Employee Details from HR for a Court Case Involving Desertion?

I am in dire need to know about one man who is absconding as per the court but residing in Singapore and happily working there for 14-15 years. The name of the company is known, but we have no idea which branch he is in. Could we request the HR of the same company to provide us with his details so that maintenance could be decided by the Indian court for the poor lady whom he has deceived and deserted? Legal documents are available to prove his guilt. Please guide if there is any way to obtain these details.

Please send a letter to the Company Head Office in Singapore and provide details. Inquire whether ----- is employed by our company and if his name is involved in any legal proceedings - including the case number and a brief overview of the situation. Additionally, please include his photograph. Thank you.
