New to HR and Want to Make an Impact? What Initiatives Would You Suggest?

It's only been 3 months in the HR department, and I am the only HR personnel in this organization. I've established leave policies, handled salary-related tasks, and initiated some fun activities on Fridays.

Could you please suggest what other new initiatives I should introduce so that management can see the impact of my work?
