Please do not use fake experience. Alternatively offer volunteering services to firms who cannot afford to hire you. That would not just be honest and noble, but you would be able to learn something from there.
Have you considered E-lance and other online temping options? Remaining professionally engaged will add to your strength . Which city are you based in?

Have you tried to analyse why after three years you have not got a job?
Fake experience will crate further trouble in your career.
Say no to fake job experience.
Keep trying,write all competitive exams for banks,insurance etc.
Job will come your way by honest efforts.
