Are Private Company Car Drivers Entitled to Earned, Casual, or Sick Leave?

As I am working as a car driver in a private company, I would like to know the leave eligibility for car drivers in a private company. As of now, I have not been provided with any leave except for government holidays. Kindly clarify whether I am entitled to Earned Leave (EL), Casual Leave (CL), or Sick Leave (SL). If so, please let me know how many days each type of leave has.

If you are an employee of a company, you will be entitled to all the benefits as provided under the law. Therefore, you are entitled to the same leave eligibility as any other employee of the company.
