Thank you, Manav! However, it is easier said than done to solve any problem. Everybody can identify the problem and find the right solution, but implementing it is a different ball game.

So, what does it take to identify the right solution? Winning the sponsorship from the stakeholders affected by the problem to implement the solution and actually implementing it to change the situation?

What Are Organizational Development Interventions/Initiatives and Their Implementation?

I request specific replies that have been practically developed and successfully implemented. Please, I am not expecting bookish topics.
