Thank you, Manav! However, it is easier said than done to solve any problem. Everybody can identify the problem and find the right solution, but implementing it is a different ball game.

So, what does it take to identify the right solution? Winning the sponsorship from the stakeholders affected by the problem to implement the solution and actually implementing it to change the situation?

Hi, I would like to seek a livelier solution to my query. Many managers have raised questions about OD interventions by you. My question is, "Would any organization with a normal team size of HR pay attention to OD interventions practically? If so, please share here."

What Are Organizational Development Interventions/Initiatives and Their Implementation?
