Building a Manager's Library: What Are Your Must-Read Management Books?

Hrprof2016
Good day all,

Please, I need recommendations on good management books for managers and top executives. We are planning to build a small library in my office for managers. I am not referring to textbooks but novel-like books that can help managers work better. Books like "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", "First, Break All the Rules", etc. Please, I need your recommendations.
