Completed my MCA. But not interested in IT. Should I work as HR?

But of course, to be selected for an interview, you need to have a terrific resume or CV. Highlight your goals, your skills, and clearly mention why you are the right candidate for the job. The resume should be one or two pages long. You could also add a cover letter. All you need to succeed in the corporate world is confidence in yourself.
