Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) For IR

Dear Seniors,
Can anybody please send me the copy of detailed SOP of IR to be implemented in my organization as I am working with NGO delivering health services across the state of Andhra Pradesh. My maild Id: msnraju2005@rediffmail.com

I understand that NGO is Non Govt. Organisation. As its not Industry/Factory/ Business entity hence there is no Industrial Relation SOP required.

Dear Sarisri,
In spite of it is an NGO, we are having several registered unions across all the districts of Andhra Pradesh (District Wise). Please send the SOP copy of IR along with templates if you are having for any Manufacturing Unit/Factory/Establishment.
