I am working for a private Ltd. organization dealing with Waste water management construction, since, July 2010, as a Assistant manager (operations) and posted at work Field site. Since July 2015 we(total staff in organization/ approx. 60 members) are not being paid by company included the sub-contractors and suppliers, and were lagged with emails stating company is in trouble and all the co-operation from employees is appreciated. The issue will be settled at the earliest.
Slowly the higher management employees left the organization, without giving the hope to the juniors and all the company servers were kept in their control only to post their mails. We never met our MD, his information was not disclosed at any moment.
We were told this is an investor based company and they are waiting for an other investor to arrange for salaries.
Every employee in organization is held up with a due amount of almost 8 months, where none responding over the issue. No communication made proper.
No facility of telephone/ e-mail approach. I made a speed post where there is a door-lock intimation resulting the bounce of letter.
I do not understand how these type of agencies can be treated.
The PF amount is not being paid since May 2015. We have to receive the salaries, PF amounts, and gratuities as well.
We request your suggestion and the guiding steps to proceed, how these companies can be treated legally.
