I have recently joined one group of institution having mba, be, bba, bcom, bca law, nursing etc. the group is also having PP TO K12 cbse pattern school.
We are planning to prepare a standard operating procedure and HR Manual for the complete group as there was no such sop or handbook of policy procedure ppd so far.
All the srs are requested to guide me in this regard what is the basis for making sop of any educational institution, what is ideaology and what points one should cover while making it
If some one is having any sample copy of sop of educational institution and HR Handbook of any Education institute kindly share a soft copy which will give me idea to frame the above two.
I earnestly request all srs and hrians in this group to guide me in this regard
