I have closed my PF activities after two and a half months with my previous employer and submitted those forms to the PF office in Chennai. Ten days after submission, I checked my claim status online and it displayed "no data found." Can anyone please advise on this?

From your email, it seems that you applied to withdraw your PF amount. Did you submit the PF withdrawal forms (19 & 10C) directly to the PF department or through your company? Regardless of how you submitted the PF forms, you should have received a receipt from the PF department. Additionally, you will receive a message on your mobile number, which you mentioned on the PF forms.

You can check your PF claim status online by entering your PF state, office, establishment code, and PF number.

Yes, I have submitted Form 19 & 10C after completing all the formalities from my previous employer to the EPF office directly. Now it is the 15th day since my submission. I didn't receive any SMS, and while checking the online claim status, "No record found" is displayed. I have a slip received from the EPF office after the submission as my acknowledgment.
