I am looking for resources to upgrade my HR knowledge

I have around 3 yrs experience into recruitment and from last 6 months I have been handling generalist role (i.e. onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll & exit formalities). I am very keen to pursue my career further in same role but somewhere my knowledge is lacking.
Can any one share HR notes or any website URL where I can upgrade my knowledge.

As per me CiteHR is the best platform to learn. If you can go into deep you can dig more & more information to develop your skills.
