Pending Issues at Work
My wife works with a bank, and the following issues have been pending for the last three months:
1. Leave Allocation Problem
There is a problem with leave allocation in the system for her. No leaves are allocated due to a system problem, and hence, her salary is deducted. This issue has not been resolved for the last eight months.
2. Leave Approval Issues
Her boss is not approving leaves after her request for transfer (from one city to another due to marriage). Birthday leaves are to be mandatorily approved as per company policy, but those too are not approved. He keeps the leave approval pending or rejects them every time, even when asked in advance.
3. Transfer Request Delays
A transfer request was made in January, but there is still no written communication from HR regarding the update, just verbal communication that they are working on it. Now, she plans to resign and does not intend to serve the notice period, which is three months.
Please guide on the possible ways to move forward.
