Crafting HR Vision and Mission Statements for the Garment Industry: Any Tips?

We are in the process of creating the Vision and Mission statement for the HR department. Could you please suggest how to frame the Vision and Mission Statement specifically for the Garment industry?

You will get lot of information. Repeat the same for MISSION statement.

You will have to align the HR vision and mission to your company's vision and mission. Therefore, study the company's vision and mission and then frame accordingly for the HR department.

This will also have to reflect the ISO or any other standards that are already in place.
