Maternity Leave Confusion: Do the 90 Days Include Weekends and Holidays?

Could anybody please let me know if the rule for 90 days of maternity leave includes weekly offs or not?

Maternity leave is for 84 days, not 90 days as per the existing law. Of these 84 days, all holidays and weekly off days are included.

The maternity leave is calculated based on calendar days, not working days. Therefore, everything is included.

Maternity Leave will be for 12 weeks (12 x 7 days = 84 days).

If you calculate wages for 30 days, the payable amount will be: Month salary / 30 x 84 days.

If you calculate the salary for 26 days, the payable amount will be: Month salary / 26 days x 84 days.
