Seeking Corporate Insights on Building a Bamboo Conference Hall for Team Events in Gurgaon

Introduction
Hello everyone. My name is Dheeraj. I am an ex-paramilitary personnel, now running a one-year-old company. I have experience working in mountains, outdoor camping, corporate training, experiential learning, wilderness medicine, and other related fields. Currently, we provide services to a resort in Gurgaon for obstacle courses, corporate training, and outdoor instructors.

Project Overview
I am in the process of planning and building a conference hall in the resort. The structure will be entirely made of bamboo, creating a sustainable building. The conference hall will serve the following purposes:
1. Offsite conference and meeting site for corporates.
2. Venue for corporate team-building and leadership programs.
3. Space for organizing various workshops and short courses on subjects like computer science, business management, leadership, or music.

Seeking Advice
While I believe we will benefit many corporates and people in Delhi NCR, I seek advice from corporate professionals for more clarity on the following:
- What they think about this idea.
- How to enhance its benefits further.
- Other options for a place of a similar category.

Our Strengths
- Located just 15 minutes away from Huda City metro station, nestled in the Aravalli mountains.
- Our team has a strong background in corporate training, and the person constructing the bamboo structure holds a PhD in Bamboo technologies from IIT.
- The area we have spans almost 10 acres, offering ample space for various activities for visitors.

Please share your valuable comments to help us create a place that people can truly enjoy in Delhi NCR. Thank you.

Regards,
Dheeraj.

That's really a cool and nature-friendly idea, Dheeraj. I would also suggest you try to tap someone from the North-Eastern States. That's where bamboo houses and constructions are pretty common in India, although possibly not on the scale/size you have in mind. While your IIT/B contact can handle the scale, practical tips could come from contacts in the North-East. All the best.
