Standardized Training Need Analysis Process

Hi All,
I am first year M.B.A student .Right now i am doing my summer internship,My project is based on standardizing the training need analysis process for managers/professionals in a manufacturing company .Any valuable inputs about the TNA process design ,how to go about it and any innovative ideas would be very helpful to me ......Thanking you in advance
