Do I need to get the EPF scheme certificate every time I leave my current organisation?

I have recently moved from one organization to another and I transferred my EPF amount as well to my new organization EPF account.
But I couldn't find my pension fund transferred along with my EPF amount. Please suggest what has to be done from my side. If the pension fund will get automatically transferred to my new organization, how can I check my accumulated pension fund?
Do I need to get the scheme certificate every time when I leave my current organisation and submit in new organization?

You need to apply for scheme certificate to PF dept to get your pension fund transferred to the new organisation.
