Transferred Jobs but Lost Track of My Pension Fund – How Do I Ensure It's Moved?

I have recently moved from one organization to another and transferred my EPF amount to my new organization's EPF account. However, I couldn't find my pension fund transferred along with my EPF amount. Please suggest what needs to be done from my side. If the pension fund will automatically transfer to my new organization, how can I check my accumulated pension fund? Do I need to get the scheme certificate every time I leave my current organization and submit it to the new organization?
