I think you are referring to the Middle Earth's Certification Program.
It is a good value add, as per the feedback of some of the participants I know who have attended it.
Certifications do help to upgrade your knowledge and skills but there is no guarantee that they will help you to fetch a job.
Training is a skill based industry and most of the employers who will hire you will ask for a round where you need to give a demo of your facilitation skills. So, go ahead with the certification and side by side upgrade your knowledge and skills. See if you can gain some training experience in some NGO or other organization that you can show case in your profile.
