Revised Minimum Wage In Jharkhand Effective 01.04.2016

Minimum wages for Jharkhand State has been revised due to escalation in respective V.D.A.'s. The Revised Wages are here under:
Unskilled - 264.08
Semi Skilled - 276
Skilled - 369.28
Highly Skilled - 420.44

is there any possibilities for increase in minimum wage after 01.04.2017 in jharkhand state , Central Govt hike the Contract Labour minimum wage by 40% , is there any possibilities that type of hike in jharkhand also

Another question is why State Govt is not allowing the minimum wage hike by 40% for Contract Labour after issuing the Notification of Universal Wage rate for all by Central Govt , in which clearly state that State Govt should also follow the same.
