Good day i would like to know what is the procedure is there in a confined scape entry at work i have been asked to design a confined space entry procedure please advice

A confined space is a place where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions.
Workforce should be well trained before entering confined space. This video illustrates the basic rules for working in confined spaces entry. It is advisable that only competent persons can enter confined spaces and rescue plans must be in placed for workforce.
