Hi to all my fellow HR friends. I am interested in knowing the area that holds significant importance in HR audit. Is it feasible to undertake a project in HR audit that covers all areas of HR audit?

In HR Audit, the area of concern is salary payment according to attendance, leave management, payroll management, completeness of personal files, and completion of employee verification.

Whether full and final settlements have been completed, proper releasing letters and other relevant documents have been provided, and recruitment is being conducted with the requisite manpower requisition approvals.

Additionally, it is important to ensure that inductions and other training programs are conducted at regular intervals and that other motivational activities are ongoing.
