Issue with Incorrect Mobile Numbers in UAN Activation
We are in the business of manpower supply; hence, we are carrying out the UAN activation procedure for our employees through multiple UAN activation links. In doing so, we have mistakenly entered incorrect mobile numbers for some employees. Our query is regarding how we can change the registered mobile numbers in these cases. Without the UAN password, we are unable to access our UAN portal and thus cannot change the mobile numbers. The wrong numbers we have entered also show as unavailable. How can we resolve this issue so that the concerned employees can receive information about their PF accumulation on their correct registered numbers? We have already reached out to the UAN help desk and the toll-free number but have not received any valuable feedback.
