Please find below a simple format and guidelines to assess my contractor for the best safety practices:

- Review the contractor's safety record and performance history.
- Evaluate the contractor's safety training programs and certifications.
- Assess the contractor's adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the contractor's work.
- Encourage open communication about safety concerns and incidents.
- Provide feedback and reinforcement for positive safety practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve safety processes and procedures with the contractor.

By following these guidelines, you can effectively evaluate your contractor's safety performance and ensure the best safety practices are maintained on your project.

Dear Ashish,

Your post is too brief to give correct feedback. The type of industry has to be mentioned for others to understand. However, in general, you can have a systematic approach by taking the service of a qualified safety personnel. In a broad sense, look for unsafe acts and unsafe practices. Once the above two are known, you can consider implementing the corrective action/mitigation plan after taking the help of the functional team. The monitoring, as above, is a continuous process.
