Feeling Stuck in Your IR Career Without a Degree? Seeking Advice on Diplomas for Growth in Delhi NCR

I am presently working in a company as an IR personnel, but I don't have any special degree or course related to Industrial Relations or HR. I think this is the main reason I have not experienced appropriate career growth. I am seeking your kind suggestions to pursue a relevant diploma course in Delhi NCR from recognized distance education institutions. Will this diploma course be profitable for my career growth? (Diploma in Labour Law and Industrial Relations or MSW).

You can do the IRPM course from BHARTIYA VIDYA BHAWAN in Mumbai. There is also a study center in Delhi NCR. This IRPM diploma is equivalent to an MSW.
