I have to prepare an HR policy for the lending finance department. Please help me in this regard. I have no clue what all things I should cover in this departmental policy. Please help.

Basic HR policies cover policies on punctuality and attendance, policies on service conditions such as probation, onboarding confirmation, leave, resignation, retirement, termination, policies on conduct and discipline, policies on travel and healthcare, and policies on incentives, rewards, and recognition. Before seeking information on HR policies from this forum, the most effective approach is to communicate with management and inquire about their specific expectations for inclusion in HR policies.
