Dear Friends,
I have recently joined a Software Company. Its a small size organisation with almost 100 employee based at India and abroad. I have been asked to form HR Manual as per the Software Industry standard.
Please help me to form a good policy.

If you wish to write a HR Manual please follow the below said process.
List out your HR Policies
List out Labour Laws applicable yo your firm
List out the culture dress code of your firm.
Arrange the above in a sequence that is introduction about your firm, culture dress code HR policies and so on.
There is no hard and fast rule in writing the manual
