I am part of a manufacturing firm with hardly 40 employees and I want to create a file or document in which I can maintain complaints, appreciation, or other performance-related matters in one place. This will be useful for reference during appraisals. Could anyone suggest how I can create this or if someone has a format they would like to share with me?
