Are you familiar with the Minimum Wages Act 1948 at all? To answer your query, you must inform us of the following:
1) The nature of the industry/activity your company proposes to start in Maharashtra.
2) The specific location within Maharashtra where the activity will be based.
3) The type of employment you would create in terms of skill levels.

We are a registered company under the Shops and Establishments Act. Basically, we are an IT-based project company working on e-governance projects such as meter reading for electricity boards. Our requirements range from MBA to 12th standard candidates for different positions.

We are planning to commence our operations in:
1. Pune
2. Navi-Mumbai
3. Kalyan
4. Bhandup
5. Nagpur

I am aware of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, but I require specific and updated details for Operator-level employees, as in Madhya Pradesh, it is INR 2526 per month.

What is the section number for Rule No. 27 muster roll cum wage register (Form II)? Kindly suggest to me how to maintain computerized records under the Maharashtra Minimum Wage Rule 1863. What is the section number for this purpose?
