Can Anybody help me with full and final process, I recently resigned from my position of Sr. HR executive on health ground , But when i asked for fnf they denied to give my 15 Days salary by saying that, In full and final all your leaves and half day I had taken from the date of my joining will be deducted as they didn't deducted as sch any leaves in between. On the basis of which they are providing my salary.
Kindly suggest me what action should I take against them?

u was didnt mention ur organization type. Here only forum based people have some eligible in getting of FNF thins and Person based organizations dont having such like things and one more is u was submitted ur health records r not

I was working with a Consulting firm. and Even I submitted my health records along with my resignation.
It was a small firm of around 10 people.

U Have a offer latter n PF N ESI things with u, then move to labour officer with all the things if other wise no body cant helpfull..

Please see whether leaves availed by you were paid but not deducted out of leave balance, is it right ? If right, then whats problem ? It should be ascertained by you first and applied by both -you and your company in graceful manners.Best wishes!!

YA THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE FOR WHITE COLLARED CHEATING can be done EVEN TO UPPER CADRE EMPLOYEES ALSO.by the company .,
THERE IS A LAW FOR SUCH EMPLOYEES. PAYMENT OF gratuity...
for FIVE YRS COMPLETED EMPLOYEES..IRRESPECTIVE OF LEAVES SAVED IN HIS ACCOUNT.
GRATUITY WAS INCLUDED IN ur FNF not known.
Prefer filing a case in near by labour authority court abt ur grievance.
Irrespective of your salary scale they will issue notice for both parties to attend a joint meeting on certain date...
There u know the facts of fnf they did pay to you.

Pls remind your leaves credit is not a bother for fnf. At least one month salary for all ur serviced yrs.each yr wise. That is a must. Then all other come...like yearly bonus
