How Can We Convince Banks to Lower Card Fees and Protect Our Profit Margins?

We hereby request you to reduce bank charges on Credit/Debit cards. Upon reviewing our card commission amount from last year, we noticed that it is a substantial sum. Currently, we are only making a profit of Qr 3-6 per gram of gold. However, when a customer makes a payment through a card, the profit margin decreases to 1-3 Riyals. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider making a favorable decision for us.
