Transitioning from a Startup with Negative Reviews
I am working in one of the startup companies founded in mid-2013. The company has around 10-12 employees. I have successfully completed over 2 years of work experience in the same company. Now, I am planning to transition to another organization. However, the company has received numerous negative reviews on various websites such as consumer forums and Google reviews. The company itself is good, and there are no faults in its operations. Unfortunately, the company has some adversaries who consistently attempt to impede its growth by posting negative reviews on different websites and forums.
Impact of Negative Reviews on Job Transition
My question is, will these negative reviews about the company affect my interview process with the new organization? Will these reviews impact my background verification? (I have no doubt that my present company will provide positive feedback about me.) If so, what steps should I take to make a secure transition without any complications?
