How Can I Transition from Hotel Management to HR After My Degree? Seeking Advice!

Hi everyone, I'm Imran. I am pursuing a BHMCT four-year degree course and currently in my 3rd year. Next month, I will complete my industrial training. I have an interest in working in the human resource department. Can I secure a job after completing BHM in HR? I also have knowledge of how to manage payroll and attendance. In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Additionally, I hold a one-year computer diploma. Could you please suggest the best way for me to achieve my goal?

After completion of BHM, I'm thinking of doing an MBA through distance learning while working on the side if I manage to secure a job in HRM.
