Hello, I am working as a Manager in HR at a reputed Pvt Ltd company. Can you please tell me what the maximum working hours per day are according to the state government?

What are the working hours being followed now?

As rightly asked above, are you governed by the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act?
