Leave Without Approval

I am employee of one company. If i take leave for one weak without approval. what HR will take action against me

You can be chargesheeted and punished by the company.
if your discipline history is poor eve dismissal can follow.
Why are you planning to break rules intentionally??

HI,
I have lots of annual plan in my life. So i require leave, In my leave account i have 21 leave. but manager not approve my any one leave.
I think we earn money to leave life easy. We are not servent of money, we earn money fullfil our requirement, that is my thought.
Kindly advice

Put up your need for leave to your manager in writing few days in advance and confirming that your jobs are up to date.
Then see his reaction.
Discuss with him and if still he creates problems then go to his boss with the situation and seek resolution.
Absconding or absenting yourself can only lead to bad consequences,even if you feel justified.

ON another example, if manager not approve my leave.and then also i take leave for 5 to 8 days.
And i am ready pay for it by deduct salary. then? Can company fired or dismiss me?

Quite possible.
They can hold a proper enquiry and find you guilty and ask you to exit.
Do not challenge unnecessarily or have an alternate job,if you wish to make an issue.
It is hard luck to get a boss who creates trouble when employee asked for his earned leave.
Deal with such matters carefully and diplomatically.
