HI! I want to change my job field from finance to HR. I have 5 years of experience in finance. Can you please suggest is it possible for me to change to HR??

It is very difficult to change your profile from Finance to HR. Generally Finance personnel are paid higher than HR

Anything is possible in this world if one has the will.
But carefully examine your motivations,reasons for wanting this change.
Do you feel the finance profession is not ok for you and you want a change?

In finance which is your area of interest? If you are taking care of any compliances then it will may work for you......
Because in many company compliance related part taking care by HR department...You can help in F&F and other processes like payroll calculation etc.

i worked as analyst in one stock advisory company.now i dont want to continue same field as i lost interest in share market..from starting i was interested in Hr but in my college i was not having elective HR and Finance( dual specialization), marketing was compulsory. i took Finance and marketing.now i want to go for Hr job. is it possible to get in to Hr now??

may i know the reasons to change ? basically it was a big question whenever you will attend the interview? hr professionals also get good amount of salaries and hikes compare with other departments

As i told from starting i had interest in HR,but due to college rules i couldn't get Hr as elective.after that Campus job in finance and same it continued.after 5 years i took short break from my career and i want to go for it which i have not done 5 years back.
i just want to know is it possible me to change now and get in to hr??
