If a person is working for half a day (4-5 hours) and for that period he is drawing a salary of about 8000 Rs. do we have to pay PF for him too? And how to show NCP days for him
Even a part time employee is entitled to be a member of P.F once he is already a member of PF scheme or his wages are below Rs.15000/-p.m.The procedural aspect can be verified from the P.F website or other members can contribute on this issue. B.Saikumar,,.
