Hi Anshu,

Why is the score obtained calculated as follows:
( text{Score obtained} = frac{15}{text{Total number of attributes}} times 4 )

Could you please explain why it is multiplied by 4?

Hi Anshu,

The PMS developed by you looks great. However, most of the TLs/Managers find it cumbersome to fill such lengthy forms, and then they start giving points without thinking, just to finish the process. Is there any way that we can keep the PMS process short and simple but with the same approach?

This is Rathnamala. I have gone through your appraisal form, and it's of great use to me. For each section, you have given the total weight as 4 or 5. Is it for each question the point is 4 or 5 (am I right)? I am a bit confused. Kindly help me.

Dear Anshu,

The Appraisal Form designed by you is really very good and it contains mostly all the required contents. Only one part is missing, Training: Identification of Training Needs, Future Potential, Skill Enhancement, and Superiors' Remarks, which you have to add to the above form.
