Need Help Regarding Statutory Compliances

Hiii All,
I am new to this forum and I joined a company recently as Executive- HR. The management asked me to complete the provident fund process with the existing employees,though I have a slight knowledge of statutory compliances but doesn't know how to start the work. Can anyone help me out in suggesting me the steps for the processing of PF & ESIC and also salaries for employees?

Hi Rikka.
To register with EPF,
All you have to do is browse to the URL EPFO || OLRE and select the option CLICK HERE FOR APPLYING ONLINE FOR PF CODE NUMBER. On selection of the link it will lead to the other page for registration. The URL is Employer e-Sewa. Then select the tab Register.
To register with ESI,
Browse to the URL <link outdated-removed> Portal_Login.aspx and select the option signup. On selection of the link it will lead to the other page for registration.

Thank you jeevaratnam sir, I will follow accordingly. but also as a fresher I want to know completely about the statutory compliances in HR and also the salary structure. how the salary is being designed for the employees and in what percentage? It would be more helpful if you can provide me sample salary sheet for my reference.
