Opening a New Branch in Chennai: How Do I Register with TN Shops & Establishments?

Dear Sir/Madam,

We will start our branch office at Mangadu location in Chennai. Before that, we want to obtain a license from TN Shops & Establishments. Therefore, I am requesting you to kindly provide the necessary forms and procedures for branch office registration. Additionally, please provide details on the Labour Welfare Fund, and any other relevant information.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no provision in the Tamil Nadu Shop and Establishment Act to register the office or to obtain a license for the same.
