HI, I am working in Digital marketing or social medial marketing, i want to know what are the documents or forms or register to be maintained this industry, we have less than 10 employees, does we cover under ESI,PF,PT, act in bangalore area?
If at all you have less than 10 employees then ESI & EPF is not applicable. But PT & Shops & Commercial establishment certificate is mandatory even if you have 1 employee. Initiate immediately. Apart form those you may have to avail trade licence certificate
Once you reach 10 employees then you have to obtain ESI enrollment
