Thank you very much for your response. Infact you are giving me new dimensions to this topic. i read all these material but my problem still exists . I need a HR Scorecard designed by a company.The links you sent me for example of hospital was telling that , the hospital used balanced scorecard but infact i am more interested only in HR part in balanced score card and want to get some SCORECARD which was actually designed. The benefits are given in the previous material too which you sent me but i will love you sent me some detailed study on this.

Dear Peer,
As long as we keep spoon feeding people they will never learn to find information for themselves. I think we need to guide them as to how to find information, ie. the websites by themselves.
