Employees Motivational Activities Both Monitory And Mentally Satisfy-able

Hi all,

My name is sathyadas working in a steel manufacturing company as a HR. please help me to improve and motivate employees in the factory area eg: department in-charge to supervisors level of employees what are the monitory benefits and other motivational activities i can do, and also help me in office admin employees motivations and job rotation

Some of the measures that you can take up is -

1. Have continuous dialogues with your people, may be by way of meeting different employees during lunch time, initiate tea meetings with departmental people etc. to get to know what bothers them.

2. An Open Forum discussions once a month will help them voice out their problems or issues. Even this forum can be used to ask their suggestions or ideas in betterment of company facilities, productivity, work culture etc.

3. Start Employee engagement activities. One of which is celebrations, fun games, birthday bashes, picnics, indoor games etc.

4. In terms of monetary benefits, initiate incentive schemes / rewards schemes to keep your employees motivated and charged.

Why don't you get a services of motivational speaker. Organize an event for your whole staff and contact some good motivational speakers. As far as i know Mr. Kevin Abdulrahman is the best guy for motivational speaking. He is currently in India for motivational speaking workshop. Where are you from? i mean which city of india??
