Hi, I need help as I am in serious trouble. I am working with an MNC on third-party payroll where the agency that recruited me has suddenly vanished without intimation. They never provided my salary slip on time, and now I want to change my job profile. I have been working for 2 years, but now I feel like I have no other option. Can I visit the PF office for assistance? I am totally unaware, so please guide me. Thank you.

If your UAN number is activated and KYC is updated, you will receive an SMS for all the remittances against your account. If the contractor is not paying, then it is the principal employee's responsibility to remit your EPF amount. You can also register your UAN, download the EPF Passbook, and view the remittance details.
