Could someone please provide me with details regarding the new Benefit Act, which has increased from 12 weeks to 26 weeks? I am also curious to know when this change is scheduled to be implemented.

It is only at the preparatory stage, to my knowledge, and I have not come across any notification enhancing the maternity leave to 24 weeks. Others can throw some light on it.
