New to Designing Policies for a Logistics Company? Seeking Your Guidance and Tips

Greetings for the day. I have joined a new organization, which is a logistics company, and I need to design policies such as the Travel policy, Transfer policy, Resignation and Termination Policy, and also prepare grades for my organization.
