Design New Policies for a logistic company

Dear All, Greetings for the day... Have joined new organization its logistic company and I need to design policies like Travel policy, Transfer policy, Resignation & termination Policy & also prepare grades for my organization.

While writing your post, you could have given little more information about your company like type of logistics that your company handles like sea freight, road transport etc. Do you offices all over India?

While designing policies for your organisation, you need to divide policies in two categories viz statutory policies and HR policies. For former, it is better to hire a local consultant. You will find examples of policies you can adapt to meet the needs of YOUR organisation. All HR policies must be customised to meet the needs of the particular organisation.

if someone is suggesting the Consultant, then why we are wasting our time here. We can find N no.s on Justdial and get the job done.
I thought, this site will have a group of people from the same industry and can help each otherhile sharing the knowledge. But, as i see people are dare to ask directly. Okay, you pay me and i will help you.
