New to the Company: What Should I Focus on and Avoid in My First Weeks?

Hi, I have recently joined the organization, and I might be unaware of many facts that I should know before joining. Can you please help me with the do's and don'ts and where I should focus more? Thank you.

Best thing to learn for a newcomer is to regularly mark their attendance (in and out) on the system, followed by informing the organization and regularizing your absence after availing leave for a day(s). This is where everyone has to start with their presence in the organization.
