hi,
i have recently joined the organization and i might be unaware of many facts that i should be knowing prior to joining.
can you please help me with the do's and don't and where should i focus more.

Best thing to learn for a new comer is to regularly mark is attendance (in and out both) on the system followed by the organisation and get you absence regularised after availing leave for a day(s). This is from where every one has to start with his/her presence in the organisation.

In general you should focus on learning and adapting to company culture,getting to learn your job thoroughly and be a cooperative working member of the factory/company etc.
